PROFILE OF JOSEPHINE A. OSIGBEME. Josephine Agbonomoesi Osigbeme, native of Etsako-East Local Government Area of Edo State was born on Monday 4th June, 1984 into the family of Mr. Raphael and Mrs. Matilda Osigbeme. She joined JCI during her university days in 2006 as a collegiate member of JCIN Uniport. She was inducted in March 2007 and then she started full participation as a Jaycee. After her university and National Youth Service Corp she joined JCI Trans Amadi in 2012. POSITIONS HELD: 2007/2008 - JCI Uniport - Secretary 2012 - JCI Trans Amadi - Secretary 2013 - JCI Trans Amadi - General Legal Council 2014 - JCI Trans Amadi - L O President 2016 - JCI Trans Amadi - Director of Partnership 2016 - JCI Nigeria - Major Emphasis Theme Director, Collaborate ACHIEVEMENTS: Being a member of a leadership organization brought out the best in Josephine as she carried out her duties without excuses. As a president, she organized several projects among which was the award winning Smile to Charity project in partnership with the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA). She also inducted 8 new members during her tenure and brought the Local Organization to a shining height. As a Director of Partnership, she has successfully built a strong relationship between the Local Organization and the Rivers state Ministry of health and together health related projects were executed. She also built a working relationship with Businessday Newspaper to publish all the activities / projects of JCI Nigeria Local Organizations and Today’s News Now (TNN) a South-South newspaper to publish all her Local Organizations’ projects. In collaboration with the Coalition of South-South Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, a Peace is Possible campaign was organized in Port Harcourt. In 2013, she was accepted into the JCI Nigeria honourable house as a JCI Nigeria Ambassador and in the same year she became a certified trainer in the following JCI Signature Courses: Admin, Impact, Social Responsibility, Achieve and Networking. Josephine A. Osigbeme holds a B.Sc (Ed) in Education Social Science / Economics and a certificate in Customers Service she is presently running a Post Graduate Diploma course in Management in the University of Port Harcourt. Apart from being a member of JCI she is the CEO of Jossy Creations a household name for bead accessories. She works in First-Adasa Group Limited as the Admin Personnel and Executive Assistant to the chairman.
