JCI FESTAC ORGANISE LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.

On June 3rd 2016, members of JCI festac organised a day leadership training for secondary students at St Margaret's comprehensive college Agboju, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. 

The project themed “Teens to Lead”mean objective was to invest in the future leaders of tomorrow. This is in line with the Global Goals for Sustainable Development (Goal 4) "Ensure Inclusive And Equitable Quality Education And Promote Lifelong Learning Opportunity For All".

This initiative was carried out to train secondary school prefects on their roles as leaders, not only in the school but outside the school thus that can bring about positive change in their communities. The project had over 50 students in attendance from Hope Spring International School, P and K College and St Margaret's Comprehensive College. 

The trainers took it upon themselves to train the students on Effective Time management, Leadership skills in regards to the roles of prefects and Effective Leadership.  The students were empowered and committed to leading in their various schools and communities.
