Kolawole Osinowo is a Sales, Marketing and Business Innovation leader currently performing as Senior Business Manager at HMD Global – Home of Nokia Phones.
In 2018, Kolawole Osinowo is serving on the board of JCI as Vice President for Africa and the Middle East.
Kola holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering from Lagos State University, Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from University of Lagos, Diploma in Digital Marketing University of Stellenbosch Business School South Africa, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Emeritus Institute of Management Singapore, and Currently an MBA Candidate at Imperial College Business School London.
Kola has attended various executive training programs at Stanford Business School, Marketing Akademie Hamburg, New York University, GIBS South Africa, HKUST Business School Hong Kong and University of San Francisco’s Silicon Valley Immersion Program.
Kola is an experienced facilitator/Trainer who served on the board of Junior Chamber International (JCI) as Training Commissioner for Africa and the Middle East in 2011. In 2008, he was honored as an International Training Fellow by JCI Training. In this capacity, he led several training interventions across Africa and the Middle East.
He is a World Bank Institute Certified Social Innovator Class of 2010. He was nominated twice (2008, 2010) as “Professional of the Year” at the Future Africa Awards and in 2013 he was recognized as one of the “Best 100 Young Persons” in Nigeria. He has been recognized as an African Top Talent at Nokia and Crans Montana Forum as “New Leader for the Future”. In 2014, Kola was inducted as an Associate Fellow of Nigerian Leadership Initiative.
He is member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) and Association for Talent Development (ATD). He is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and Certified Strategic Account Manager (first in Nigeria).
